Keyholder – 32‑hour part‑time role in Covent Garden

About the role

Join Levi Strauss & Co. as a Keyholder in the vibrant Covent Garden store. Working 32 hours per week, you will help bring the iconic Levi’s brand to life on the shop floor while supporting the team during key trading periods.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and embody brand values.
• Lead and motivate Stylists, driving personal and store KPIs.
• Manage opening and closing procedures when management is absent.
• Support daily store operations, floor leadership and visual merchandising standards.
• Coach team members on product knowledge, styling and customer experience.
• Assist with deliveries, stock organisation and stockroom upkeep.
• Foster an inclusive, high‑performing team environment.

Required profile

• Passion for the Levi’s brand and alignment with company values.
• At least one year of retail experience with sales targets and KPIs.
• Strong customer‑service mindset and ability to stay calm in a fast‑paced setting.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
