KS1 Supply Teacher – Redhill (Part‑time)

About the role

Randstad Education is seeking a motivated KS1 Supply Teacher to support primary classrooms in Redhill, Surrey. This part‑time, contract‑based position offers the flexibility of supply teaching while allowing you to make a tangible impact on pupils’ learning and development.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, curriculum‑aligned lessons for KS1 students.
• Create a safe, inclusive environment that encourages participation and positive behaviour.
• Monitor student progress and provide targeted support to help learners achieve their targets.
• Collaborate with permanent staff to ensure continuity of teaching and assessment.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching in primary or secondary settings.
• Strong knowledge of the UK national curriculum and effective teaching methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
