Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective clients across multiple sectors.
• Generate sales opportunities through outbound calls, email campaigns and LinkedIn networking.
• Build relationships with key decision‑makers and understand their marketing, print and retail display needs.
• Qualify leads and arrange meetings for the senior sales team.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline using the company CRM system.
• Follow up on marketing campaigns and inbound enquiries.
• Research new markets, target accounts and commercial opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal creative, production and account‑management teams.
• Achieve individual KPIs and contribute to overall business growth.

Required profile

• Confident, curious and resilient with a passion for the sales chase.
• Previous experience in lead generation, business development, sales or internal sales.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging senior decision‑makers.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to work to sales KPIs.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
