Lead Mobile Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Lead Mobile Developer to drive the greenfield rebuild of our iOS and Android applications. You will provide hands‑on technical leadership, shape architecture, set engineering standards, and mentor a small development team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of native iOS (Swift/SwiftUI) and Android (Kotlin/Java) apps.
• Define and enforce architecture, coding standards, testing practices, and performance guidelines.
• Mentor and guide a small mobile development team, fostering collaboration across functions.
• Integrate real‑time APIs, authentication flows, and cloud‑native services.
• Leverage AI‑assisted development tools and modern automation to accelerate delivery.

Required profile

• Strong native mobile experience on iOS and/or Android.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, real‑time app behavior, and authentication mechanisms.
• Quality‑first mindset with emphasis on testing, code reviews, and performance.
• Interest in AI‑assisted development workflows.
• Leadership qualities: mentoring, technical decision‑making, cross‑functional collaboration.
