Lead Software Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Lead Software Engineer to join our global SaaS organisation. You will own end‑to‑end delivery of new product features that directly impact revenue, while working in a highly collaborative, AI‑enhanced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Drive product discovery, architecture, and implementation for new SaaS features.
• Maintain hands‑on involvement throughout the development lifecycle.
• Participate in strategic discussions and contribute innovative ideas.
• Leverage agentic AI tools to improve developer workflows.
• Mentor junior engineers and champion best practices.

Required profile

• Strong technical and commercial mindset.
• Extensive experience in full‑stack development for large‑scale SaaS platforms.
• Proven ability to work in mature CI/CD pipelines and follow DevSecOps principles.
• Forward‑thinking attitude towards quality and AI integration.
