About the role

The Learning Business Partner works as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, translating business strategy into sustainable learning solutions that drive performance and skill development across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, influencing decisions and championing the learning agenda.
• Diagnose performance challenges using advanced consulting methods and distinguish training needs from other interventions.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative research (surveys, focus groups, interviews) to map skill inventories and identify capability gaps.
• Design high‑level, human‑centred learning journeys and architect integrated ecosystems that blend formal, social, and experiential learning.
• Evaluate learning impact and ensure solutions align with business outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience advising senior business leaders on learning strategy.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform root‑cause analysis.
• Expertise in adult learning theory, cognitive design and change management.
• Comfort navigating complex, ambiguous environments.
