About the role
We are seeking a committed Learning and Development Coordinator to design, plan and deliver a comprehensive range of training programmes that support high‑quality, person‑centred care across our residential, nursing and home‑care sites.
Key responsibilities
- Design, plan and deliver training courses such as Safeguarding, Moving and Assisting, First Aid, Dementia and the Mental Capacity Act.
- Deliver high‑quality training to groups of employees across multiple sites in the Midlands, London and the South Coast.
- Conduct learner assessments and ensure outcomes meet Skills for Care and CQC standards.
- Support induction training for new homes and staff, ensuring consistent delivery.
- Facilitate Champion programmes and provide guidance on the e‑learning system.
- Maintain accurate training records and adapt content to operational needs.
Required profile
- Level 3 Award in Education and Training or equivalent.
- Experience delivering care‑related training across varied subjects.
- Excellent communication, presentation and organisational abilities.
- Ability to travel between sites and work flexibly.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
