Learning & Development Coordinator – Hybrid/Remote

About the role

We are seeking a Learning and Development Coordinator to support the delivery of effective employee learning and training across our East London hub and wider South East England region. The role is hybrid, offering flexible home working combined with regular attendance at team days.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate leader and colleague learning interventions, liaising with suppliers or subject‑matter experts, sending invitations and maintaining attendance registers.
• Manage essential and mandatory compliance training, ensuring records are up‑to‑date in the talent management system.
• Report training performance and compliance to relevant business groups.
• Support digitisation of the learning offer and reporting capability through the Learn platform.
• Maintain data on leadership engagement with development programmes.
• Track learning and experience budget expenditure.
• Manage the team inbox and associated calendars.
• Collaborate with the Employee Experience coordinator to align all EE&OL activities.

Required profile

• Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
• Understanding of learning and development processes and the employee lifecycle.
• Based in or near Hampshire, Wiltshire, Somerset, Dorset, Devon, Cornwall or London.
• Ability to travel to regional hubs for team days.
