Learning & Development Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking an organised and proactive Learning & Development Coordinator to support the delivery of training programmes across Reed HR. The role will manage the planning, administration and reporting of both classroom and e‑learning initiatives, ensuring compliance with occupational qualifications and apprenticeship requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver PDA and technical training in line with agreed plans.
• Prepare training materials, manage learner access, and record attendance, completion and assessment outcomes.
• Administer the company’s e‑learning platform, maintain user access, and provide first‑line support.
• Track occupational qualification renewals, schedule bookings and communicate with learners to avoid lapses.
• Provide administrative support for the apprenticeship programme, liaising between apprentices, training providers and line managers.
• Assist in creating and updating training content, ensuring version control and compliance.

Required profile

• Previous experience in learning & development, training coordination or HR administration.
• Strong administrative and organisational abilities with high attention to detail.
• Experience maintaining records, schedules and compliance documentation.
• Confident communication with stakeholders at all levels.
