Trainee Recruitment Consultant / Resourcer – £25k + Uncapped Commission

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious and motivated Trainee Recruitment Consultant / Resourcer to join our busy team in Leatherhead. This entry‑level position offers full training and a clear pathway to become a full Recruitment Consultant, managing your own client portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Search candidate databases such as Reed, CV‑Library, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Conduct phone interviews and assess candidate suitability.
• Match candidates to open vacancies and post job adverts.
• Manage applications, maintain candidate pipelines and arrange interviews.
• Provide feedback to candidates and build strong relationships.
• Support social‑media and marketing activities.

Required profile

• Ambitious, financially motivated and target‑driven.
• Confident on the phone and comfortable with cold‑calling.
• Resilient, determined and able to work at pace.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organised, proactive and eager to learn.
