About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join a thriving secondary school in Brent. This full‑time, permanent position starts in September and offers a competitive salary of £22,000‑£25,000 per year.
Key responsibilities
- Provide classroom support across Key Stages 3 and 4, working closely with teachers and the SEN department.
- Deliver one‑to‑one and small‑group interventions to help pupils overcome learning barriers.
- Build positive relationships with students, encouraging engagement and participation.
- Assist in preparing learning materials and adapting resources for diverse needs.
