About the role

Join a growing Further Education College in Aylesbury as a Lecturer delivering Multi‑Skills Construction programmes. You will combine practical workshop sessions with classroom teaching to equip learners with the skills needed for a successful construction career.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a mix of hands‑on workshop and classroom‑based learning across multiple construction trades.
• Support learners throughout their course, helping them develop practical skills, technical knowledge and workplace confidence.
• Prepare students for employment and assist them in achieving their qualifications.
• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the construction curriculum.

Required profile

• Level 3 qualification in a relevant construction trade.
• Experience in one or more construction trades such as carpentry, brickwork, property maintenance or general construction.
• Motivation to move into education or existing teaching experience.
