About the role
We are seeking an experienced property maintenance professional to transition into a full‑time lecturing position. You will join a well‑established construction department delivering high‑quality property maintenance programmes to learners preparing for careers in the construction industry.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver engaging practical workshop sessions and classroom‑based theory across a range of property maintenance levels.
- Develop and update curriculum materials to reflect current industry standards.
- Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with a supportive team of education professionals to enhance student outcomes.
Required profile
- Level 3 qualification in a relevant construction discipline.
- Strong industry experience in property maintenance, construction, or related trades.
- Motivation to move into education or existing teaching experience.
- Passion for developing the next generation of construction professionals.
