Legal Administrator – Property Finance

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Legal Administrator to join our specialist Property Finance team in Guildford. This full‑time position offers comprehensive training and the chance to develop a long‑term career within a top‑ranked Legal 500 and Legal 200 firm.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative support across property finance matters.
• Prepare legal documents and correspondence.
• Maintain accurate client and transaction records.
• Liaise with clients, lenders and third parties.
• Assist fee earners throughout transactions.
• Support compliance and file‑management processes.

Required profile

• Reside within a commutable distance of Guildford and able to work full‑time on‑site.
• Unrestricted right to work in the UK.
• Available to start within 2–4 weeks.
• Relevant work experience gained through part‑time, summer or paid roles.
• Law degree (preferably with property, corporate, commercial or finance modules) or another degree with strong interest in mathematics, finance or analytical problem‑solving.
• Hard‑working, eager to build a long‑term career in a specialist legal team.
