About the role

We are seeking a senior Legal Director to join our Leeds Real Estate team. This position offers the chance to work on high‑value development and investment matters for a leading national law firm.

Key responsibilities

Advise on conditional land acquisitions and pre‑let agreements.
Structure forward‑funding transactions and construction/development projects.
Manage acquisition and disposal of completed real‑estate investments.
Collaborate with specialist Planning, Construction, Banking, Tax and Environmental lawyers to deliver full‑service solutions.

Required profile

8+ years post‑qualification experience in commercial real estate.
Strong background in development and investment transactions.
Commercial mindset with excellent technical ability.
Confidence handling complex matters and building client relationships.
Ambition to contribute to the growth of a fast‑expanding team.
