Legal Sales Consultant – Probate & Estate Services

About the role

This senior position will manage probate and estate administration enquiries through a consultative sales process, from the initial contact to onboarding of instructed cases. You will work in a hybrid setting for a growing UK provider of probate and estate services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound probate enquiries and conduct consultative client conversations.
• Assess client needs and recommend appropriate service options (grant‑only or full estate administration).
• Provide accurate quotations and convert enquiries into instructed cases.
• Oversee the onboarding process to Operations.
• Maintain strong conversion performance across lead‑to‑quote and quote‑to‑sale ratios.

Required profile

• Strong background in probate or estate administration (essential).
• Confident in client‑facing, consultative sales conversations.
• Comfortable handling a mix of lead quality, from warm referrals to early‑stage enquiries.
• Commercially aware with experience working to KPIs and conversion targets.
• Collaborative team mindset focused on shared success.
