About the role
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Legal Team Administrator to provide high‑level administrative support to our legal department. Working primarily from our Eastleigh office, you will ensure smooth operation of case management processes and assist with documentation for housing condition claims.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and update case management systems for all legal casework.
- Collate and prepare disclosure documents to meet Pre‑Action Protocol deadlines for housing condition claims.
- Provide timely administrative support to internal colleagues and external stakeholders.
- Organise and file legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Assist the legal team with routine correspondence and scheduling.
Required profile
- Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn and work collaboratively.
- Previous experience in an administrative role is advantageous but not mandatory.
