Lettings Associate – Residential Lettings & Property Management

About the role

Join a fast‑scaling, well‑funded residential landlord as a Lettings Associate. You will be the face of the business across a regional portfolio, guiding residents through viewings, move‑ins, mid‑term inspections and move‑outs while ensuring a high‑quality living experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a premium customer experience from the first viewing to move‑out.
• Conduct property viewings, move‑ins, move‑outs and mid‑term inspections on‑site.
• Monitor property condition, report issues and coordinate maintenance works.
• Manage inventories, compliance checks (including Right to Rent) and update internal systems.
• Liaise with internal teams, contractors and other stakeholders as the on‑ground representative.
• Support health and safety standards across developments.

Required profile

• Previous experience in residential lettings, property management or inspections.
• Passion for delivering high‑standard customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Highly organised with the capacity to manage your own schedule.
• Ability to work independently in a field‑based role.
• Calm under pressure with a proactive, solutions‑focused approach.
• Full UK driving licence (essential) and residence suitable for EV charger installation.
