We are seeking a Lettings Manager for our Chiswick office, leading a high‑end boutique agency in West London. The role focuses on driving new business, expanding market share and building a high‑performing team to deliver long‑term success.

Key responsibilities

• Drive new business growth and develop local market share.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with landlords, investors and local contacts.
• Recruit, train and develop team members, creating a high‑performing team.
• Deliver consistent monthly deal flow and manage premium service performance.

• Proven success in the London lettings market.
• Self‑starter who thrives with responsibility.
• Ability to build and develop teams.
• Exceptionally organised and process‑focused.
• Full UK driver’s licence.
