Lettings Manager

About the role

Join Wilson Peacock, part of the Connells Group, as a Lettings Manager in Bedford. You will lead a residential lettings branch, driving growth and delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants while advancing your career within the UK’s leading property services group.

Key responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for the performance and growth of the Bedford residential lettings team.
• Lead, inspire and develop a high‑performing team, driving market share and ensuring outstanding service.
• Oversee day‑to‑day lettings operations, including valuations, listings and client relationship management.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with local landlords, tenants and market partners.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a managerial or senior lettings role within an estate agency.
• Strong leadership, coaching and people‑management capability.
• Track record of delivering excellent customer service and generating business in a target‑driven environment.
• Resilient, organised, numerate and detail‑focused.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
