Key responsibilities

• Lead the day‑to‑day performance of the lettings branch.
• Drive profitability and grow market share.
• Win new instructions and develop business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants and prospective clients.
• Mentor, motivate and support the team to achieve branch targets.
• Deliver expert advice and exceptional customer service throughout the lettings process.
• Monitor local market trends and competitor activity.
• Ensure high operational standards and compliance across the branch.

Required profile

• Proven experience within residential lettings.
• Track record of winning new business and increasing market share.
• Strong leadership and people‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Driven, self‑motivated and target‑focused.
• Ability to perform well under pressure and lead by example.
• Full UK driving licence.
