Lettings Manager – Prime West London (up to £100k OTE)

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious Lettings Manager to lead our prime West London office. You will own the full business cycle, from winning new landlord instructions to delivering high‑value lettings services, while building and mentoring a high‑performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business by securing landlord instructions and expanding the managed portfolio across West London.
• Recruit, train and develop a sales and lettings team as the office footprint grows.
• Act as a brand ambassador, using networking and market research to create valuation opportunities.
• Drive consistent monthly deal flow and revenue growth across all services.
• Manage the pipeline, ensure compliance and maintain exceptional customer service standards.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years proven success in the London residential lettings market with a track record of winning instructions.
• Previous leadership or senior role in a fast‑paced property environment.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, self‑starter attitude and motivation to exceed uncapped financial targets.
• Full UK driver’s licence and own vehicle.
