Lettings Manager – Residential Lettings & Property Management

About the role

An experienced Lettings Manager is needed to lead a busy residential lettings team in Bognor Regis. You will drive business growth, increase market share and deliver outstanding service to landlords and tenants across a varied property portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of the residential lettings department.
• Generate new business through market appraisals and proactive outreach.
• Lead, motivate and develop the lettings team to meet and exceed targets.
• Negotiate tenancy agreements and maintain strong landlord relationships.
• Ensure compliance with current lettings legislation and internal procedures.
• Collaborate closely with the property management team to provide a seamless customer experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience in residential lettings.
• Previous experience managing or supervising a lettings team.
• Strong knowledge of the residential lettings process and relevant legislation.
• Commercially minded with a track record of winning new business.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and customer service abilities.
• Highly organised with strong leadership capabilities.
• Full UK driving licence is essential; ARLA qualification is advantageous.
