Lettings Negotiator – Build-to-Rent

About the role

Join one of the UK’s fastest‑growing build‑to‑rent operators as a Lettings Negotiator. You will manage a regional portfolio across Cambridgeshire and Bedfordshire, conducting viewings, inspections and supporting residents throughout their tenancy while enjoying a field‑based, autonomous work style.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct property viewings and manage move‑ins and move‑outs.
• Carry out mid‑term inspections and report maintenance issues.
• Coordinate maintenance works with contractors and ensure Right to Rent compliance.
• Maintain inventories, update internal systems and resident records.
• Liaise with internal teams and contractors to resolve issues efficiently.
• Support health & safety standards across all developments.

Required profile

• Experience in residential lettings, property management or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational ability and self‑management of diary.
• Proactive, solutions‑focused attitude.
• Full UK driving licence (essential).
