Lettings Negotiator – Build-to-Rent (Oxfordshire & Worcestershire)

About the role

Join one of the UK’s fastest‑growing Build‑to‑Rent operators as a Lettings Negotiator, managing a regional portfolio across Oxfordshire and Worcestershire. You will work field‑based, conducting viewings, inspections and supporting residents throughout their tenancy.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct property viewings and negotiate lettings.
• Manage move‑ins, move‑outs and mid‑term inspections.
• Monitor property condition, report and coordinate maintenance works.
• Maintain inventories and ensure Right‑to‑Rent compliance.
• Update internal systems and resident records.
• Liaise with internal teams and external contractors to resolve issues.
• Support health and safety standards across all developments.

Required profile

• Experience in residential lettings, property management or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational ability and self‑managed diary.
• Proactive, solutions‑focused attitude.
• Full UK driving licence (essential).
