About the role

Join a market‑leading, international property brand as a Lettings Negotiator in our thriving Kennington office. You will be responsible for driving lettings sales, building client relationships, and exceeding performance targets in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and manage a pipeline of lettings opportunities.
• Negotiate tenancy agreements and secure new lettings contracts.
• Maintain accurate client records and update property listings.
• Achieve and surpass monthly and annual sales targets.
• Collaborate with the wider team to ensure a seamless client experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a lettings negotiator or similar sales role.
• Target‑driven, highly motivated and ambitious.
• Confident, professional demeanor with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
• Full UK driving licence.
