Lettings Negotiator – Residential Lettings

About the role

Connells Group is looking for an enthusiastic Lettings Negotiator to join its residential lettings team in Taunton. You will work within a market‑leading property services business, delivering high‑quality service to landlords and tenants while building your own sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and schedule rental valuations and market appraisals.
• Conduct property viewings with prospective tenants.
• Negotiate rental terms and secure lettings agreements.
• Manage the lettings process through to tenant move‑in.

Required profile

• Previous experience in lettings or property sales (preferred).
• Ability to generate new business in a target‑driven environment.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and resilience.
• Organised, numerate and detail‑oriented.
• Full UK driving licence with access to a personal vehicle.
