Lettings Negotiator – Residential Lettings (Surbiton)

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Lettings Negotiator to join a successful independent estate agency in Surbiton. The role offers the chance to develop your career while delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants across the local property market.

Key responsibilities

• Register applicants, understand their requirements and match them with suitable properties.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings, providing an exceptional customer experience.
• Negotiate offers and progress tenancies through to successful completion.
• Generate new business opportunities and build relationships with landlords.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with current lettings legislation, including Renters' Rights reforms.
• Work towards individual and team targets while delivering a professional service at every stage.

Required profile

• Previous experience in residential lettings is preferred, though ambitious candidates with transferable sales experience will be considered.
• ARLA qualification or willingness to work towards it is advantageous.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and customer service skills.
• Confident, enthusiastic and proactive attitude.
