Lettings Negotiator – Residential Property (London)

About the role

We are looking for a Lettings Negotiator to join a busy residential lettings team in Central London. You will work directly with landlords, tenants and prospective applicants, helping to arrange viewings, negotiate tenancy terms and support the full lettings cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to landlord and tenant enquiries via phone, email and in‑person.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings.
• Negotiate tenancy agreements and terms.
• Prepare tenancy documentation and keep accurate records.
• Assist with marketing of vacant properties.
• Monitor local rental market trends and provide updates to clients.

Required profile

• Previous lettings experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to build relationships with clients and applicants.
• Professional, proactive approach to customer service.
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
• Multilingual ability is a plus; full UK driving licence beneficial but not essential.
