Level 2/3 Nursery Practitioner – Ealing (Full‑time)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Level 2/3 Nursery Practitioner to join our Montessori preschool in East Ealing. The role is full‑time, permanent and involves caring for children from 6 months up to 5 years.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver effective teaching and learning for children aged 0‑5 years.
• Safeguard children and meet their individual needs.
• Maintain a safe, secure, caring and stimulating learning environment.
• Keep accurate records of children’s progress and work closely with parents and colleagues.
• Support the Baby Room as a Room Leader when required.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in a nursery practitioner role or equivalent.
• Level 2/3 or higher qualification in Early Years childcare.
• Excellent knowledge of the EYFS and statutory framework.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and use initiative.
