Level 3 Qualified Teaching Assistant – Fulham

About the role

A welcoming primary school in Fulham is seeking a Level 3 Qualified Teaching Assistant to start in September. The role will involve supporting one or two pupils in EYFS or Year 3, helping them access learning, build confidence and make academic and social progress.

Key responsibilities

• Provide one‑to‑one or small‑group support for pupils in early years or Key Stage 2.
• Assist with lesson preparation and delivery, ensuring pupils can engage with the curriculum.
• Monitor pupil progress and report observations to the class teacher.
• Promote a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
• Collaborate with staff to tailor support strategies for individual needs.

Required profile

• Hold a recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
• Passionate about helping children reach their full potential.
• Proactive, nurturing and able to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.

Required skills

• Effective communication with children and adults.
• Ability to follow safeguarding and health‑and‑safety procedures.
