Lift Field Technician – East London & Surrounding Areas

About the role
We are partnering with a well‑established lift engineering organisation to recruit an experienced Lift Field Technician. You will support a regional portfolio across East London and surrounding counties, delivering technical expertise for lift maintenance and modernisation projects.
Key responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting on passenger lifts.
- Diagnose faults and deliver effective repair solutions.
- Support Service Engineers with complex technical issues.
- Test and support lift modernisation works.
- Work across a variety of lift equipment and manufacturers.
- Manage your own workload across a regional patch.
Required profile
- Proven experience within the lift industry (service, repairs, technical support).
- NVQ Level 4 in Lift Engineering (or Level 3 with progression towards Level 4).
- Strong fault‑finding and problem‑solving abilities.
- Good working knowledge of a range of lift equipment and manufacturers.
- Ability to work independently and manage a regional portfolio.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Right to work in the UK.
Required skills

- Knowledge of multiple lift manufacturers.
