Litigation Solicitor

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Litigation Solicitor to join our Dispute Resolution department in Bristol. The role offers hybrid working, full‑time permanent employment and a competitive salary. You will handle a varied caseload and have the opportunity to specialise in commercial, property and other litigation areas.

Key responsibilities

• Work under the supervision of the Director and Head of Dispute Resolution.
• Manage a diverse range of disputes including commercial litigation, property litigation, contentious trusts, probate and construction disputes.
• Develop expertise in specific practice areas and contribute to the growth of the department.
• Work primarily from the Kingsbridge office with flexibility for remote work and other office locations.

Required profile

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 5 years post‑qualification experience (or equivalent paralegal experience).
• Extensive knowledge of litigation in County Courts and/or the High Court.
• Experience handling commercial landlord‑tenant, easements/restrictive covenants, residential possession, contentious trusts, probate and construction disputes.
• Strong client relationship and networking abilities, and the capacity to work under pressure.
• Enthusiasm for contributing to the development of the Dispute Resolution team.
