Logistics Business Development Manager – Field Based

About the role

We are seeking a commercially‑focused Logistics Business Development Manager to drive new revenue across our logistics and supply‑chain portfolio. Working field‑based, you will build lasting customer relationships and support sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and secure new logistics and supply‑chain customers.
• Develop business opportunities across international and domestic logistics services.
• Build strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Collaborate with operational teams to support customer retention and growth.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and maximise profitability.
• Attend customer meetings and networking events.

Required profile

• Proven success in a business development or sales role within logistics, freight forwarding, transport, customs, warehousing or supply‑chain services.
• Track record of generating new business revenue.
• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑management skills.
• Understanding of logistics solutions and supply‑chain operations.
• Proactive and motivated approach.
