Logistics Coordinator

About the role

The Logistics Coordinator will support daily warehouse and distribution operations in a fast‑paced environment. You will act as the main point of contact for inbound and outbound deliveries, ensuring smooth flow of goods and timely communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily inbound and outbound deliveries within a warehousing and distribution setting.
• Liaise with transport providers, drivers, and internal warehouse teams to guarantee timely dispatch.
• Monitor delivery schedules, resolve issues promptly, and keep stakeholders updated.
• Maintain accurate logistics records, shipment documentation, and tracking systems.
• Support stock movement reporting and operational performance metrics.

Required profile

• Previous experience in logistics, supply chain coordination, or transport administration.
• Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organised with strong problem‑solving ability.
• Ability to work calmly under pressure and manage changing priorities.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom.

What we offer

• Salary £26,000 – £30,000 per annum.
• Full‑time, 40 hours per week, Monday‑Friday 8:00‑16:30.
