Logistics Operative – Construction Site

About the role

We are looking for a Logistics Operative to support logistics operations at the Hinkley Point C construction site. You will assist with vehicle manoeuvring in designated material delivery areas and use electronic systems to manage delivery bookings.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with vehicle manoeuvring in construction material delivery zones.
• Use electronic systems to ensure correct bookings for access to delivery routes.
• Collaborate with both blue‑collar and white‑collar workforce on site.

Required profile

• Successful completion of the CITB Operative Health & Safety test before start date.
• Good IT skills.
• Ability to provide a three‑year work, unemployment and education history for vetting.
• Eligibility to obtain the Hinkley Point C (HPC) pass.
• Willingness to travel by bus (approximately 45 minutes each way) to the remote site.

• Starting rate of £15.72 per hour.
