Logistics Operator

About the role

Join a fast‑paced, regulated warehouse environment supporting pharmaceutical manufacturing and R&D at Ipsen's Wrexham site. As a Logistics Operator you will ensure that materials are received, stored, moved and issued accurately and safely, helping the team meet production and customer requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Perform goods inward, picking, issuing and returns to support manufacturing, R&D and internal functions.
• Maintain high inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and investigations.
• Safely transport and handle materials, performing quality, compliance and equipment checks.
• Support dispatch activities and assist with cross‑functional tasks as needed.
• Collaborate with Planning to align material availability with delivery schedules.
• Contribute to continuous‑improvement and Operational Excellence initiatives.

Required profile

• Proactive, reliable and able to work in a regulated, fast‑paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to pivot focus according to changing priorities.
• Experience in a logistics or warehouse setting.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a focus on safety and accuracy.

Required skills

• Valid Counterbalance forklift truck licence.
