Lounge Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Lounge Manager to lead the day‑to‑day operations of our premium airline lounge. You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional, high‑end experience to discerning passengers while overseeing all aspects of food, beverage, finance and client interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, manage and present food and beverage services in line with specifications.
• Lead and coach lounge staff, including hosts, front‑of‑house, chefs and supervisors.
• Ensure staff rotas, training programmes and operational standards are met.
• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness and overall service quality to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Manage health, safety and food‑safety compliance across the lounge.
• Produce monthly reports, analyse business trends and drive continuous improvement.
• Handle financial management of the contract, meeting both financial and non‑financial targets.
• Address employee relations issues and conduct regular performance appraisals.

Required profile

• Proven leadership ability with a hands‑on approach.
• Experience delivering 5‑star service in a food and beverage environment.
• Strong passion for high‑end cuisine and exceptional guest service.
• Well‑presented and able to interact confidently with lounge members.
