Lunchtime Cover Receptionist – London

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic individual to provide lunchtime reception cover across our London office locations. This flexible, part‑time role involves welcoming visitors, handling deliveries and supporting building management while our permanent receptionists are on break.

Key responsibilities

• Provide seamless temporary reception cover, greeting visitors and managing the reception area professionally.
• Handle couriers, post and deliveries efficiently.
• Maintain a tidy and presentable reception and vacant viewing spaces.
• Develop positive relationships with clients, agents and contractors.
• Support property and facilities managers by ensuring contractors carry out duties effectively.
• Report and manage issues through the correct processes, prioritising building security.
• Read local amenities information and assist with promotional events as required.
