Luxury Travel Health & Wellbeing Consultant

About the role

Join a leading luxury wellness travel company as a Health & Wellbeing Consultant, providing expert advice and exceptional service to high‑end clients. You will act as the primary point of contact, guiding customers through bespoke travel experiences that combine health, fitness, spa treatments and gourmet cuisine.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver consistent, professional, and courteous service to all customers.
• Provide knowledgeable, experience‑based advice on wellness and travel enquiries.
• Meet individual sales and service targets while supporting overall company goals.
• Manage post‑sales administration and follow‑up in an organised, timely manner.
• Record key sales and customer information accurately in databases.
• Gather and relay clear feedback from customers and suppliers to improve the experience.
• Stay informed on developments in the spa/wellness and travel sectors.
• Participate in product training and occasional weekend familiarisation trips.

Required profile

• Personal experience or knowledge of health and wellbeing (exercise, yoga, spa treatments, healthy cuisine, diet, etc.).
• Experience with high‑end tour operators or luxury travel agencies is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively within a virtual team and adapt to flexible business needs.
• Willingness to attend monthly in‑person meetings in central London.
• Proven track record of meeting performance targets.
• Strong oral and written communication, organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and a desire for continuous learning.
