About the role

The Reliability Maintenance Engineering (RME) team at Amazon keeps vital machinery running across fulfillment sites. As an RME Technician you will maintain a wide range of equipment, uphold health and safety standards, and help minimise downtime in a fast‑paced distribution environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform proactive and preventative maintenance on diverse site equipment.
• Carry out reactive repairs and fault diagnosis in a live distribution warehouse.
• Use the latest maintenance tools to maximise equipment effectiveness.
• Uphold all health and safety policies and practices.
• Support the development and progression of on‑site apprentices.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement projects and roll out best practices across EU sites.

Required profile

• Ability to work on‑site and respond quickly to machinery issues.
• Willingness to work a range of shifts to provide 24/7 coverage.
• Commitment to health and safety and to maintaining a safe work environment.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and ability to suggest long‑term improvements.
