Major Events Supply Engineer

About the role

Airbus is seeking a Major Events Supply Engineer to lead supply chain activities for critical aircraft milestones, including major repairs and long‑term spares management across Europe. You will act as the technical hub ensuring timely spare deliveries and seamless coordination between engineering, suppliers, and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical contact for major repair support and spare part deliveries.
• Lead kick‑off meetings for assigned major repairs and manage complex technical subjects.
• Maintain and load Master Data, Spares Technical Specifications (STS) and Interchangeable Part Numbers.
• Identify and qualify suppliers/fast‑shops based on technical capability and oversee documentation.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure supply chain continuity during high‑stakes events.

Required profile

• Experience in aerospace or high‑value technical supply chain environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to manage detailed technical data.
• Excellent communication skills for interfacing with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Willingness to travel occasionally within the UK and internationally.
