Male Support Worker – Brain Injury Care (Part‑time)

About the role
We are looking for a dedicated Male Support Worker to assist a client with a brain injury in living as independently as possible. The role involves personal care, community outings and companionship across a flexible shift pattern.
Key responsibilities
- Provide personal care, including moving and handling assistance.
- Support the client to attend community activities such as concerts, football matches and animal visits.
- Drive the client’s vehicle safely to appointments and outings.
- Deliver both day and sleep shifts, with the possibility of bank hours.
- Maintain accurate records of care activities and any changes in the client’s condition.
Required profile
- Male applicant with a full UK driving licence.
- Previous experience in care, specifically with brain injury or complex care needs.
- Ability to work independently and follow the client’s care plan.
- Commitment to delivering compassionate, person‑centred support.
Required skills
- Safe moving and handling techniques.
- Driving competence with the client’s vehicle.
What we offer
- £17.70 per hour, paid weekly.
