About the role

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by handling reservations, enquiries and building rapport.
• Develop sales and marketing initiatives, connect with local business partners and grow the customer network.
• Analyse financial performance, manage cost control and interpret profit and loss statements.
• Oversee fleet operations, plan logistics and drive overall branch performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant professional experience may be considered.
• Full manual UK driving licence (accommodations available for disability).
• No drug or alcohol‑related driving offences in the past five years.
