Management Trainee – Poole

About the role

Join Enterprise Mobility’s Management Training Programme and develop the skills needed to become a future branch manager. You will work in a supportive, fast‑paced retail environment, gaining hands‑on experience across customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by handling reservations, enquiries and building rapport.
• Develop relationships with local business partners to drive sales and marketing initiatives.
• Understand and manage financial performance, including cost control and profit‑and‑loss analysis.
• Assist with fleet management, strategic planning and daily logistics.
• Mentor and train team members, taking on leadership duties as you progress.

Required profile

• Preferably holds a Bachelor’s degree, though relevant professional experience is acceptable.
• Possesses a full manual UK driving licence (accommodations available for disabilities).
• No drug or alcohol‑related driving offences in the past five years.
