Manufacturing Accountant – Bradford Greenside

About the role

Join one of Morrisons' largest and most dynamic sites as a Manufacturing Accountant. Based at the Bradford‑Greenside facility, you will sit at the financial heart of a 400,000 sq ft, 24/7 operation supporting 1,500 staff across 44 production lines.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Site Operations Managers to drive financial performance on the shop floor.
• Identify cost‑saving initiatives and volume‑growth opportunities to boost profitability.
• Collaborate daily with diverse stakeholders, linking the manufacturing site to trading teams.
• Prepare and post weekly and periodic financial reports, including accruals and pre‑payments.
• Contribute to site strategy, capital‑expenditure planning and high‑impact projects.
• Maintain robust financial controls across the large‑scale operation.

Required profile

• Fully qualified accountant (CIMA, ACA or ACCA).
• Experience thriving in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
• Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder‑management abilities.
• High attention to detail and ability to organise and prioritise workload to meet strict deadlines.
