Manufacturing Technician

About the role

We are seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join a dedicated team at a newly‑opened prosthetic centre in Maidstone. You will work in a modern workshop, using tools and machinery to produce and finish specialist medical prosthetic products.

Key responsibilities

• Manufacture, assemble and repair prosthetic components according to technical specifications and work orders.
• Operate hand tools, machinery and workshop equipment safely and accurately.
• Ensure finished products meet high quality standards before fitting, delivery or clinical review.
• Record stock movements and maintain accurate job sheets.
• Manage materials efficiently to minimise waste.

Required profile

• Practical, detail‑focused individual with experience in production, workshop or hands‑on technician roles.
• Ability to follow technical drawings, prescriptions and quality procedures.
• Willingness to develop knowledge of specialist prosthetic components through training.
