Marketing Events & Lead Generation Executive

About the role

Salt Search is seeking a Marketing Events & Lead Generation Executive to design and deliver high‑impact campaigns that fuel pipeline growth across multiple markets. Working in a hybrid setting, you will collaborate closely with sales, vendors and internal teams to ensure every event and campaign drives measurable business results.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute a calendar of webinars, roadshows, partner activities and customer events.
• Generate qualified leads to support sales targets and commercial objectives.
• Partner with sales to define target audiences, messaging and regional priorities.
• Coordinate multi‑channel promotion including email, landing pages and social media.
• Track, manage and report on lead flow, ensuring smooth handover to sales.
• Monitor event and campaign performance, using insights to optimise future activity.
• Manage suppliers, venues and budgets to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B events and lead‑generation programmes, preferably within a technology environment.
• Strong organisational and project‑management abilities, capable of handling multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Experience working closely with sales teams and understanding lead‑generation processes.
• Excellent stakeholder‑management skills; global experience is a plus.
