Marketing Performance Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Performance Manager to join Lloyds Banking Group’s Brands, Marketing & Experience team in Leeds. The role focuses on turning marketing data into strategic recommendations that improve the effectiveness of campaigns across digital, social, CRM and ATL channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain measurement frameworks and attribution models to evaluate marketing impact.
• Conduct post‑campaign analysis, scenario planning and optimisation of marketing spend.
• Collaborate with consumer marketing, analytics, channel and media agency teams to ensure continuous performance assessment.
• Translate complex data sets into clear insights and actionable recommendations for business partners.
• Monitor emerging trends, tools and benchmarks to keep marketing strategies innovative.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a marketing performance, analytics or insights role.
• Strong commercial mindset with a passion for data‑driven decision making.
• Understanding of marketing metrics, measurement frameworks, attribution and mix modelling.
• Ability to design and evaluate tests and experiments across multiple channels.
