Marketing & Practice Executive

About the role

An established, award-winning architecture practice based in Chelsea is looking for a Marketing & Practice Executive to join its growing team. The role suits an organised, creative and commercially aware person who supports marketing and business development while also giving project and administrative support across the studio when needed. It works closely with the Marketing Director and the wider practice.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to the Marketing Director on marketing and business development
• Coordinate marketing requests and help manage priorities across the practice
• Research prospective clients, contacts and business opportunities
• Support networking events, client meetings and business development activities
• Assist with presentations, proposals, submissions, RFPs and bid documents
• Support the planning and creation of social media content
• Maintain and update the practice website
• Keep marketing materials consistently branded and professionally presented
• Manage and maintain the practice CRM system and marketing records
• Provide Adobe Photoshop and visual presentation support, and assist project teams with presentations and documentation
• Provide wider administrative and practice support, including supporting the Practice Operations team during busy periods or absences

Required profile

• Previous experience in a marketing, business development or practice support role
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail, able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working with senior team members and Board-level contacts
• Proactive, adaptable and interested in business development
• Creative with a strong eye for presentation and visual quality
